Check(taskids, repids, output_folder, nbmi)
Arguments
- taskids
Vector of taskids.
- repids
Vector of repids.
- output_folder
Character string.
Output folder.
- nbmi
Logical.
If nbmi = TRUE, include MINB, NBMI, and StackedMINB.
Value
Returns file names of replications that need to be run.
